Rko has been distiling his live sets and praising this
art amongst the raves,free parties and tecknivals since 1999. Rapidly
this techno-anarchist decides to break the conventions and make the crowd
react by installing walls of images where the viewer watches his anti-fractal
live sets and sublimersive images:
trash, gore, cynicism, are amongst the tools he uses and mixes with subtlety.
Fan of techniques involving feedbacks and larsen noise, rko soon focuses his
work on Cinemacoustic lives: sound and image merge to create a harrowing yet
entrancing and psychedelic experience.
Rko fights the dogmas of politics and the media with his weapon of predilection
: the visual overbid. The viewer is assailed by the images he throws, with
a hint of sadism, in his never ending projection.
rko works his art the way a musician works his music : he cuts it , beat matches
it, mix it..
