The Elektrokami demotrack

Iskander Kaddour, aka The Elektrokami, began in various improvisation ensembles as Gurka Shum Shum (impro-live-noise) and Gestalt (Impro Experimentalo-jazzoid), before getting as pseudo name Mayaku in 1997 with the ]audio:vitriol[ collective (a parisian group of plastic and sound artists) where he will closely work with Nyko Esterle, aka Ripit. Together, they will perform under diverse names (Ripit vs Mayaku, KaosKoreKrewKillsKetaKidz). At the death of the collective, he will change his name as The Elektrokami.

Under this new skin, he takes part in other bands as the electro-ca$h duet DeadDataPonks (still with Ripit), as in the elektro-dub-jazz-core tri : Triocephale.

As a solo artist, he devellops a self-didactic music for electric ghosts and other digital spectres. His sequential-structured tracks, cadenced and syncopated by a heavy crush of industrial rhythms, are a favourable ground for the control of an electronic exorcism ritual by howling impromptu vociferations.

The punk energy of his stage act mathematically leads the audience to a schizoid trance by a corporal fascination of the beats.
